Dear 1st year students,

 

Lectures will begin on Monday, September 19, 2016.

Kindly make sure that you enroll in classes given at Zahle Campus and not Baabda or Mejdlaya.

Online Enrollment for 1st year business students with 0-21 credit points will take place on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. and closes on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 4:00 p.m.   

NB: Online enrollment re-opens on the 19th of September and closes on the 23rd of September at 4:00 p.m. for Add & Drop operations.

PS: You should register the relevant language course according to the placement test result.

Student Information System: Student Guide

All students can access via the new SIS: http://sis.ua.edu.lb

 Note: the old students will be able to access via the old SIS: http://sis.upa.edu.lb

 

·        Step 1: Enter your username and password.

·        Step 2: To see the list of courses for your academic plan click on Self Service in the Main Menu.

·        Step 3: Click on Student Center.

·        Step 4: On the left hand side click on My Academics.

·        Step 5: In my academics window click on View my advisement report.

           Here you will see all the courses that you have to enroll in.

 

TO ADD A COURSE

To enroll in a course:

1-       Click on Self Service in the Main Menu.

2-       Click on Student Center.

3-       Click on My Academics.

4-       Under my academics click on View my advisement report.

5-       In my advisement report window click on the needed course to view its available sections.

6-       Click on View class sections.

7-       Select the current semester and click on Show sections.

8-       Choose a section and click the Select button.

Note: Make sure that the course you are choosing is in Zahle not Baabda or Mejdlaya.

9-       Click the Next button to add the class to your Shopping Cart.

10-   Once the course has been added to your shopping cart, click on the highlighted link (click here) to enroll in the class.

11-  Select the checkbox and then click the Enroll button.

TO DROP A COURSE

·        Step 1: From the Main Menu click on Self Service.

·        Step 2: Click on Enrollment then click Enrollment drop classes.

·        Step 3: Select the checkbox for the course you want to drop and click on the Drop Selected Classes button.

·        Step 4: Click on the Finish dropping button to finalize the drop.

·        Step 1: In the Main Menu click on Self Service.

·        Step 2: Click on Enrollment.

·        Step 3: Click on My weekly schedule.

Online Enrollment for 1st year business students with 0-21 credit points will take place on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. and closes on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 4:00 p.m.

All those who have been approved to sit for a 2nd chance exam, scheduled for 18, 19, and 20 July 2016 (academic year 2015/2016) must note the following;

 

·        All BA students must pay $50 for each 2nd chance exam

·        All MSG-MSB-MBA students must pay $100 for each 2nd chance exam

At the Université Antonine

 

UA’s employees start their summer schedule on July 1st, 2016 till July 29th, 2016 (inclusive) from 7:45 AM till 2:15 PM. Saturdays are nonworking days in July.

 

Moreover, UA closes its doors from August 1st till August 26th (inclusive). Employees in the 3 campuses will be on duty according to the following:

Concerning the evaluations

 

Starting May 30, 2016, ALL Université Antonine students are invited to do the online evaluations for the second semester 2015-2016.

 

The evaluations are mandatory and should be completed by each students.

 

If the online evaluations are not completed, the student will not be able to check his grades online, nor withdraw a hard copy of his grades, nor register for the first semester 2016-2017.

 

Steps to follow:

3.     Click on “Evaluation”. The courses to evaluate will then appear.
